Cyberpunk: Edgerunners shares a first glance before the Geeked Netflix week

It is time for Netflix to launch its largest event of the year, and it turns out that, ciberpunk 2077 is going into action. After announcing their own anime series a while ago, Netflix and the Studio Trigger team are ready to show the project finally. And to begin with, some images of the long -awaited series have been published to excite Internet users.

The look was courtesy of Netflix today when the transmission service shared a promotion for its Geeked Week holidays. It was there that the reel turned on a focus Cyberpunk: Edgerunners and its colorful aesthetics adapts very well to Studio Trigger.

As you can see above, the fixed images do not reveal much, but we have a clear idea of what is to come. One still shows a motorcycle touring a high -tech city, while another follows two people who look at the land from space. Studio Trigger's shading animation is in sight in these shots, and they look magnificent in motion. So, as you can imagine, fans are eager to get a complete advance of anime.

«Cyberpunk: Edgerunners tells an independent story of 10 episodes about a street child who tries to survive in a city of the future obsessed with the technology and modification of the body. As he has everything to lose, he decides to stay alive becoming a mercenary outlaw, also known as Cyberpunk.

Hiroyuki Imaishi (Gurren Lagann, Kill la Kill, Promare) will direct the series along with the director Masahiko Otsuka (Gurren Lagann, Promare), the creative director Hiromi Wakabayashi (Kill La Kill), the characters designers Yoh Yoshinari (Little Witch Academy, BNA: Brand New Animal) and Yuto Kaneko (Little Witch Academia), and the adapted script of Yoshiki USA (SSSS.Gridman, Promare) and Masahiko Otsuka (Gurren Lagann, Kill la Kill, Promare). The original score will consist of Akira Yamaoka (Silent Hill Series) ».
